SUMMER SOLSTICE CONSCIOUS DANCE SPECIAL Saturday 22nd June 2024 4:30 - 10pm | £50 This event is held at a secret outdoor location in Windlesham, a gorgeous piece of private land, 25 acres with a beautiful lake and ancient forest.  This event will be a ceremony to honor the Summer Solstice, an event in nature that has been celebrated since time began, we also celebrate the June Full Moon in Capricorn which coincides Magically with The Solstice!. We will begin our event with Kundalini Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation & Mantra for around 90 minutes to ground into the body and reconnect. To connect with the nature surrounding us and connect as a collective consciousness.. We will use this time to fully release and let go of anything holding us back, clearing out space for a fresh new chapter and new beginnings! We will have a break after to eat/drink & relax we recommend bringing a picnic, just to note.. this is a sober event. We'll then move into the evening, this will be a night to dance under the stars, silent disco style with headsets for a fully immersive experience to the BEST music! Live DJ set from my talented Husband Daniel who will be accompanied by live percussionists on the Djembe. Let us take you on a journey of sound, the music moving in undulating waves from high peaks to calm moments of stillness as we move through the trees and ancient land we dance on as the sun goes down on the first half of this powerhouse year. The highest grade guatemalan Cacao will be on offer to open your heart, lift your energy & clear your mind ready for this beautiful Movement Meditation. Release somatically, reconnect to your joy and leave feeling 10 times more refreshed and energised than when you walked in!
