Terms and Conditions for Music Events

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a ticket to our music event, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you should not purchase a ticket.

2. Ticket Purchase

  • All ticket purchases are subject to availability.

  • The ticket is only valid for the event date and time specified at the time of purchase.

  • You must provide accurate information when purchasing a ticket.

3. Event Admission

  • Admission to the event is subject to venue rules and regulations.

  • We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the event for security reasons, if they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or behave in a manner deemed inappropriate.

4. Event Changes and Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to make changes to the event program, date, and venue. In case of significant changes, we will notify ticket holders as soon as possible.

  • If the event is canceled, ticket holders will be offered the option to attend a rescheduled event.

5. Ticket Exchanges

  • Tickets are non-refundable, but they can be exchanged if the purchaser finds someone to complete the exchange.

6. Liability

  • We are not responsible for any personal property that is lost, stolen, or damaged during the event.

  • Attendance at the event is at your own risk. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by attendees, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

7. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited at the event: weapons, illegal substances, outside food and beverages, and any other items deemed dangerous or inappropriate by the venue staff.

8. Photography and Recording

By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These materials may be used for promotional purposes without compensation or further consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

Unauthorized use of this trademark, including but not limited to reproduction, imitation, or any use likely to cause confusion or deceive the public, is strictly prohibited. Any infringement of our trademark rights will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
